Coomidup Boulivard Street Scape Vasse
A recent addition to the JJ Civil Solutions Current Project List. We have been engaged by LD Total to assist with the transformation of the verges. Works include the removal of existing exposed aggregate paths, brick paving, pram ramps and kerb, and reinstating levels to new designs ready for new concrete paths, ramps, landscaping and planting. Some minor kerbing, asphalt and clearing works are also required. Works commenced at the start of August 2026 with expected completion at the end of September 2026.

Willmott Avenue Subdivision Margaret River
This is a two-lot subdivision involving bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage and two new crossovers consisting of flush kerb and asphalt seal. A 150mm thick gravel turnaround is also to be constructed, along with a drain basin that connects into the stormwater network.
Jecks Residence Driveway Busselton
The owners have grown tired of their unsealed driveway of sand and bluemetal roadbase. We have been engaged to prepare a new 150mm thick gravel driveway and parking area for their caravan and boat, ready for Malatesta Road Paving to lay a new asphalt mat. Works are scheduled to start at the end of September 2026.
Bradbury Residence Driveway Yallingup Siding
Project scheduled to start in November 2026 after the winter rains. The existing driveway and parking area will be upgraded by reworking and trimming the existing basecourse, then applying 40mm Gravel Pave with 1% red oxide asphalt at the house, and a laterite two-coat emulsion chip seal to the main 100m-long driveway.
